Testimonials

Great environment for recovery!

I started 5 days after I had my hip replaced and was on a walker. I advanced to my cane after a few visits. The care and encouragement was outstanding. I found it to be a very relaxed atmosphere and was able to improve my condition week to week.

Professional & caring!

Four years ago I had a left knee replacement and came here for rehab. The therapists were so attentive and helpful that when I needed therapy this year after an incident with my replaced knee there was no question where I would do my rehab. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by name, even after four years. After this course of work I feel confident that my knee will hold up.

I would definitely recommend your company to any person needing physical therapy.

I had difficulty moving my left shoulder, due to arthritis. I also had a problem reaching the backside of my body during my shower. Now I can do everything without any pain. Thank you to ALL of the THR staff.

FAQs

Can I benefit from PT treatments?

Sure you can! Everyone can benefit from physical therapy. By working with you and your doctor, we can discuss your options and help determine if physical therapy will be the right choice for you. Call us today to discuss your current condition or request an appointment now.

Can I continue seeing a therapist even when I feel better?

Yes, once you have completed your therapy sessions, our therapist will review your at-home continuing therapy program.

We can also make a program that will work best for you at your gym.  We will work with you on determining what equipment may be beneficial, and what exercises would be helpful in your continued recovery.

Do PT treatments hurt?

Good communication with our therapist will help minimize any discomfort. We want you on your way to quick pain relief and back to normal activities.

Physical therapy is not meant to hurt, but to relieve pain! There is a chance, however, as you restore your mobility that your pain levels will fluctuate. You might experience some temporary soreness from using muscles that are weakened or recovering. Rest assured that this is a normal response to physical therapy treatment and not a cause for concern.

Do you treat my condition at your clinic?

Rest assured, our therapists are well trained to evaluate and treat your condition.

Our physical therapists have graduated from accredited physical therapy programs and are state-licensed. Depending on the university, the physical therapy program is either a master’s or doctorate level degree.

Physical therapists have years of university-level training in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology (the study of joint movement), neurology, and many of the other medical sciences. You’re in good hands!
